CLIMATE: NO DEBATE...close to 100 percent of earth and climate scientists agree: climate change is advancing, and we have little time left to change course to avoid a catastrophic earth. This is not a debate for the general public. This complex crisis needs to be in the hands of professionals, not those who depend on the fossil fuel industry for their livelihood. That is called a conflict of interest. No one would trust brain surgery to a non-brain surgeon. Why isn't it obvious, we need to listen to our leading experts on this complex crisis? Instead of debate, the time now is for action, and effective action, like carbon legislation and weaning ourselves off fossil fuel addiction. Even President George W. Bush acknowledged this!
